The service was top-notch, especially Xsenia, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience, even arranging a taxi for me. The location, while convenient with transport links, was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the railway. The dining experience was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, a stay with its highs and lows, but definitely memorable.
